Works to repair damage caused by burst water pipe

The work involved painting and decorating works to four rooms following a large water leak. Alan and his team did a fantastic job and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. Alan’s communication was very good throughout – before the job in terms of providing a quote for the insurance company and agreeing timings and paint colours, during the job in terms of explaining how things were going, answering our questions and providing timings for completion and when the job was completed, explaining that he would need to return to finish off the painting to one room where some additional plastering work was required due to the water damage and had not dried properly. The actual painting and decorating work itself was also to a very high standard. It was particularly pleasing to have the works almost fully completed in advance of Christmas meaning we had full use of the kitchen.
